Studying Spanish in Santiago, Chile, is a great way to soak in the invigorating Chilean cultural blend of urban cool and outdoors enthusiasm. The city aims to inspire awe in locals and visitors alike, and few can refuse its seductive charms. Founded in 1541 by Spanish conquistadores, Santiago, Chile, has grown into a booming metropolis famous for its gorgeous architecture and mild Mediterranean climate, as well as for the huge variety of indoors and outdoors activities waiting just around every corner.

Santiago lies nestled at the feet of the Andes Mountains, with the Pacific Ocean only an hour away. Visitors are surprised to find that one of the most modern, developed metropolitan centers in all of Latin America also has such convenient access an abundance of natural beauty in the surrounding countryside. From dance, art, and theatre downtown to wine making, mountain climbing, and white water rafting nearby, recreational options abound in and around Chile’s capital city.

Our Spanish School in Santiago is located in the fun, artistic Bellavista neighborhood, surrounded by local restaurants, art galleries, and vivid nightlife. Classes are held in a three-story tall bright blue building which offers students snack areas, free Wi-Fi, daily Spanish-language newspapers, a book and movie library, and much more.
